The home property program is a new program that we launched in the summer of 2004. It is designed to provide insurance on rental property and for those that for one reason or another are having issues getting a home owner policy either with us or with other companies. This is not a package policy program like the home owners program, however, the home property program can be tailored to meet the individuals needs. This is done by letting the applicant pick and choose what coverages that best suit them. Theft and liability are just examples of coverages that can be purchased under this program.
